Contact us within 15 days of getting your order, and we'll issue a 100% store credit or refund for your returned item(s). After 15 days it is only eligible for store credit. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we don’t provide return labels, sorry!

Need a different size or color? No problem. Get in touch within 15 days of receiving your order. As long as your item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Just email us at support@mysticmind.store with your details and the item/size you need, and we’ll handle it from there. Note, we can’t exchange items for different designs or offer free shipping on exchanges.

Received a Defective or Wrong Item?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, inform us within 15 days of receipt, and we'll fix the issue quickly.

Quick Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No issue. Let us know within 24 hours of your purchase, and we’ll cancel your order. If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact us, and we’ll help track it down.

Address Corrections

Make sure to double-check your address before finalizing your order! If an incorrect address is provided, we can’t offer replacements or store credit. If you need to change your address, contact us before shipping, and we’ll assist. Unless otherwise specified, returns and exchanges are always an option.
